Restoring Flow Ministries, the parent organization to Reading Rescue and Dyslexia Rescue

Terms of Use

Effective Date: October 2025

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites,

programs, and services operated by Restoring Flow Ministries (“we,” “our,”

or “the ministry”), a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based nonprofit organization

registered in Arizona. 

1. Scope

These Terms apply to www.restoringflowministries.com,

www.dyslexiarescue.com, and www.readingrescuecenters.com, along with

affiliated programs and online platforms including Mighty Networks, Zoom, Patreon, Hubbli

and associated communication systems.

 2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our websites or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be

bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please

do not use our websites or services. 

3. Authorized Users

Our websites and online courses are intended for parents or legal

guardians aged 18 and older. Children may participate only under 

supervision of their parent or guardian who remain responsible at all times for their participation. 4. Educational and Spiritual

Purpose

All programs, courses, and materials offered by Restoring Flow Ministries

are provided for educational and spiritual purposes. We do not provide

therapy, psychological counseling, or medical advice. Participants are

responsible for applying information appropriately within their own family

setting. 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, graphics, videos, curriculum, and teaching

methods, is the intellectual property of Restoring Flow Ministries. You may

not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any material without

prior written consent. Use of materials is limited to personal family

education only. 

6. User Conduct

Users agree to act respectfully and lawfully in all communications and

online participation. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior in any form

will result in immediate removal from programs or communities. 7.

Payments and Refund Policy

Enrollment fees for programs such as the Dyslexia Rescue Parent

Empowerment Phonics & Reading Boot Camp are due in full upon

registration. There are no payment plans and no refunds under anycircumstances. 8. Technology Use and Third-Party Services

Our ministry uses third-party platforms such as Zoom, Mighty Networks,

and secure email systems. Each platform maintains its own terms of

service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for outages, service

interruptions, or security breaches occurring on third-party platforms. 9. No

Guarantee of Results

While our programs are designed to improve literacy and learning

outcomes, individual results vary based on each parent’s consistency and

child’s unique needs. No academic or behavioral outcomes are guaranteed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Restoring Flow Ministries, its officers, directors, ministers, employees, and

volunteers shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation in

our programs or use of our materials, except in cases of willful misconduct.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes or claims shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration

in the State of Arizona under the laws of Arizona, without regard to

conflict-of-law principles. 

12. Purpose and Mission

Dyslexia Rescue is a project of Restoring Flow Ministries is a 508(c)(1)(a) faith-based

nonprofit church organized under the laws of Arizona. The core of our mission is the

emotional and spiritual healing of the child and family as they recover from the very real

hardships or traumas caused by reading delays. To that end, we provide educaJonal and

spiritual services designed to serve children and empower parents to help their children

improve reading skills through structured-literacy instruction, executive function training,

and trauma-informed emotional support.

13. Program DescriptIon

The Dyslexia Rescue PEPR Boot Camp is a 12-week online program. Parents and children view

four prerecorded 45-minute lessons each week (ideally Monday–Thursday). A live Zoom

group meeJng is held for parents only each Friday for discussion and Q&A.; Parents then are

solely responsible to teach their child 45–60 minutes (ideally Friday–Sunday) using that

week’s material. Week 1 is a parent-only training week in executive functioning skills,

trauma-informed practices and other foundational concepts of the Dyslexia Rescue Method.

All participaJon is online through Mighty Networks or Patreon or Zoom, and or the Restoring

Flow Ministries portal and or other appropriate online technology.

14. Program Start Date and Limitation of Liability for Delays

The program is scheduled to open for participation on January 19, 2026. While every effort

will be made to begin on that date, Restoring Flow Ministries and its projects reserve the

right to modify the start date or temporarily delay program access in the event of unforeseen 

circumstances, including but not limited to technological issues, platform outages, software

malfunctions, natural disasters, illness, or other factors beyond the organization’s control.

In the event of such delay, participants will be notified promptly, and all reasonable steps will

be taken to ensure timely access once the issue is resolved. Such delays shall not constitute

breach of this agreement, and no refunds, credits, or additional compensation shall be owed

or provided as a result of any postponed or interrupted access. The enrolling family expressly

agrees to hold Restoring Flow Ministries and Reading Rescue/Dyslexia Rescue harmless from

any and all liability, damages, or claims arising from such delays or technical interruptions.

15. Voluntary Membership in Restoring Flow Ministries Church

By enrolling in this program, all participants and their immediate family members

acknowledge that they are voluntarily becoming members and beneficiaries of Restoring

Flow Ministries Church and are engaging in the ministry’s educational and spiritual outreach

programs by their own free choice.

Membership continues throughout the participant’s active involvement in this course and for

as long as the participant or their immediate family chooses to take part in any Restoring

Flow Ministries program, project, or service thereafter. Participation affirms a continuing

voluntary association with the ministry as a member of its spiritual fellowship.

All participants understand and agree that the services, materials, and communications

provided are expressions of the ministry’s faith-based mission to support spiritual and

personal growth through education, family strengthening, and pastoral guidance.

Participation is not a commercial transaction but a spiritual association within the fellowship

of Restoring Flow Ministries Church.

16. Enrollment and Payment

Program tuition is payable in full at enrollment. There are no payment plans and

no refunds. Enrollment is complete only when: (a) all required forms are signed and

submitted, and (b) tuition is paid in full. This payment schedule reduces administrative burden for the ministry, allowing it to focus upon serving your family.

17. Parent and Participant Responsibilities

Parents agree to: (1) view all four weekly lessons with their child, (2) alend the live Friday Zoom session or view the replay, (3) provide home instruction with their child (ideally on Friday–

Sunda)

y), (4) purchase separately and obtain required materials before the start date, (5) maintain respectul

communication within the community platform, and

(6) ensure that all participation occurs in a safe, supervised environment.

18. Technology and Access

participants will use Zoom, Mighty Networks, and or the Restoring Flow Ministries website.

Parents are responsible for stable internet access, device security, maintaining their log-ins,

and monitoring their child’s online acJvity.

15. FERPA and Data Privacy

Restoring Flow Ministries complies with FERPA. Information collected includes parent/child

names, ages, grade levels, address, phone, and email. We do not collect sensitive personal

data. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use available

at www.restoringflowministries.com.

16. Educational and Spiritual Nature of Services

All instruction and interaction provided through this program constitute educational and

spiritual services. The program is not therapy, medical treatment, or individualized

educational intervention. Participation is voluntary, and parents retain full responsibility for

applying the information appropriately.

17. Intellectual Property / Non-Disclosure / Non-Compete

All materials, videos, methods, and curriculum are the exclusive intellectual property of

Restoring Flow Ministries. The entire contents of the program are the proprietary,

intellectual property of Restoring Flow Ministries and it’s projects. Participants may use these

materials only for personal family education. Reproduction, distribution, public sharing,

training of others, or creation of derivative works is prohibited. Participants agree not to teach,

publish, or commercialize any portion without written permission.

18. No Guarantee of Results

Restoring Flow Ministries makes no guarantees of specific outcomes. Each child’s progress

depends upon parent consistency and individual circumstances.

19. Liability Waiver and assumption of Risk

By enrolling, you acknowledge that participation involves normal educational and

technological risks. You voluntarily assume all responsibility for participation. You release Restoring Flow Ministries, its directors, ministers, employees, and volunteers from any

liability for damages or injuries except in cases of willful misconduct.

20. MEDIA RELEASE AND CONSENT

Parents grant Restoring Flow Ministries permission to use photographs, audio/video

recordings, and testimonials for educational, ministry, or promotional purposes. Identifying

details will not be disclosed publicly without separate written consent. Parents may

withdraw permission in writing, but previously created materials may continue to be used.

21. Pastoral Counseling Consent

I understand that, in addition to academic instruction in structured literacy and executive

functioning skills, the program also offers pastoral counseling as a spiritual component. I

acknowledge that pastoral counseling is faith-based and is intended to support the emotional

and spiritual well-being of my child. I understand that pastoral counseling is not clinical

therapy or psychological treatment. I voluntarily consent for my child to participate in this

aspect of the program as deemed beneficial by the program director.

22. Family Access and Use Agreement

Enrollment in this program grants access solely to the immediate nuclear family of the

enrolling household. A single paid tuition covers participation for no more than five (5)

children and three (3) adults who are immediate genetic and/or legal family members residing

in the same household. Program materials, videos, lessons, and digital content are provided

exclusively for private use within that family.

No part of the program content may be shared, reproduced, recorded, displayed, distributed,

or transmitted in any form outside the immediate family. Public showings, group use, oraccess by friends, extended family, or neighbors are strictly prohibited. Sharing login

credentials, links, passwords, recordings, or other access information with anyone outside the

enrolled household constitutes a violation of this agreement and may result in immediate

termination of access without refund.

All program materials remain the sole intellectual property of Restoring Flow Ministries and

it’s projects. Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license for use

only during the active enrollment period. Any unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is

strictly prohibited.

23. Program Development and Format Updates

The enrollee acknowledges that this program is a developing work and may be updated

or refined over time to enhance its quality, effectiveness, or accessibility. Accordingly,

the instructor reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the program’s

materials, structure, schedule, or method of delivery — including substituting recorded

sessions for live meetings  - or vice versa - or incorporating new content or policies — as deemed

necessary for continued improvement. Any such updates or amendments will be

communicated to enrollees in writing, and continued participation in the program

constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, provided that no change will materially

diminish the enrollee’s rights or the overall educational value of the program.

24. Legal Remedies

Enrollment Period, Completion Requirement, No Extensions, No Refunds, and

The enrollment period for the Parent Empowerment Phonics and Reading (PEPR) online course program is four (4) months from the date of enrollment. The

program is a three (3) month instructional program and must be completed within the four (4)

month enrollment period without exception. No extensions of the enrollment period will be

granted for any reason. No refunds will be provided once tuition is paid, including in the event

of non-completion, partial completion, or termination for cause.

25. Unauthorized sharing, public display, reproduction, recording, or distribution of program

materials, or sharing of login credentials or access with any party outside the enrolled

immediate household, is a material breach of this Agreement. In the event of such breach,

Restoring Flow Ministries and it’s projects reserve the right to immediately terminate access, pursue injunctive relief to prevent further unauthorized use or distribution, and seek monetary

damages, including recovery of reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in enforcing

these terms. The enrolling parent/guardian/participant acknowledges that a violation of

the no-sharing terms may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages may be

insufficient, and therefore agrees that injunctive relief and other equitable remedies may be

sought in addition to any available legal remedies.

26. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

Any dispute or claim arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding

arbitraJon in Arizona under the laws of the State of Arizona.

EDUCATOR ACCESS AGREEMENT AND ADDENDUMThis section applies only to educators, teachers, or other professionals who enroll in

the Course for professional or classroom use. If you are not an educator, this section may or may not pertain to you.

Educators are welcome to enroll in the Parent Course as a prerequisite to the 2027

Dyslexia Rescue Professional Development and Certification Course under the

following additional terms and conditions:

27. Disclosure Requirement

Any participant who is currently employed or has ever been employed or ever

intends to become employed as a teacher, educator, tutor, reading specialist,

learning interventionist, or any other instructional professional or who is in

business in any capacity within which the use of these materials might intentionally

or unintentionally become part of their commerce, must disclose that status at the

time of enrollment and by enrolling do agree to all limitations within all terms of this agreement.

Failure to disclose educator status constitutes a material breach of contract and

may subject the participant to all legal remedies available under this agreement,

including but not limited to termination of access, forfeiture of tuition, injunctive

relief, and recovery of damages, attorney’s fees, and costs.

28. Pricing

The educator access fee for this course is the same as the parent

enrollment fee. This course functions as a prerequisite to the forthcoming Educator

Certification Course, which will open in 2027 at a separate tuition rate.  Completion of this parent course does not confer certification nor

authorization for use in trade or commerce in any function.

29. No Guarantee of Future Admission

Completion of this prerequisite course does not guarantee acceptance into the 2027

Educator Certification Course. Admission will be contingent upon application,

review, and fulfillment of additional requirements established by Restoring Flow

Ministries at that time.

30. Limited License for Personal Classroom Use

Educators may apply the principles learned only in their own classroom under their

existing employment and may not use or adapt the content for private tutoring,

consulting, workshops, or any paid or unpaid instructional activity outside their

school employment setting. No sharing or training of others in any capacity is

allowed under this agreement.

31. Non-Disclosure, Non-Compete, and Intellectual Property

All course materials and methods are proprietary and protected under copyright

law as the intellectual property of Restoring Flow Ministries © 2025. Educators may

not share, reproduce, adapt, or teach the materials, in part or in full, to any other

party or group without wriPen authorization.

32. No Representation of Certification

Educators may not represent themselves as certified or authorized to teach the

Dyslexia Rescue method. Certification requires successful completion of the 2027

Educator Certification Course and written authorization from Restoring Flow

Ministries.

33. Legal Remedies and Enforcement

Unauthorized use, copying, teaching, or failure to disclose educator status

constitutes intellectual property infringement and breach of contract. Restoring

Flow Ministries reserves the right to pursue immediate injunctive relief, monetary

damages (including but not limited to $10,000 per material breach plus profits

derived), and attorney’s fees. Enrollment privileges and future certification

eligibility will be permanently revoked upon any breach.

34. Schools may apply for a site license by contacting the Owner, Restoring Flow

Ministries/ Dyslexia Rescue directly.

35. Educator Participation Requirement

Educators enrolling in this program agree to participate with a volunteer child in

person throughout the course. The educator must have a child physically present to

work with them during all instructional sessions, seven days per week, as required

by the program design. Remote or virtual teaching arrangements are not permitted

for this course. The educator and the child are expected to complete the lessons

and assignments together, in person, following the program’s recommended

schedule. The educator further agrees that no fees or compensation of any kind

may be charged to the child’s family for participation, as this volunteer

arrangement is an essential component of the program’s structure and intent.

36. Educator Participation and Child Protection Compliance

Educators participating in our programs who choose to engage a volunteer child for the purpose of completing course assignments or practicum requirements are solely responsible for ensuring that all arrangements with that child and the child’s parent or legal guardian fully comply with all applicable child protection, privacy, and safety laws.

It is the sole responsibility of the participating educator to obtain any necessary permissions, consents, or background clearances required under local, state, or federal law. Restoring Flow Ministries, Dyslexia Rescue™, and Reading Rescue do not oversee or participate in these arrangements and assume no responsibility for the conduct, supervision, or safety of any volunteer child involved in such activities.

By participating in any program that involves interaction with a volunteer child, the educator agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Restoring Flow Ministries, its officers, directors, affiliates, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to such arrangements.

Parents or guardians who consent for their child to participate as a volunteer in such activities likewise agree to release and hold harmless Restoring Flow Ministries, Dyslexia Rescue™, and Reading Rescue from any liability or claim related to that participation.

37. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on

our websites with a revised effective date. Continued use of our websites or

services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

38. Right to Refuse Service and Termination of Participation

Restoring Flow Ministries and its affiliated projects, including Dyslexia Rescue™ and Reading Rescue, reserve the right to refuse service to any individual, group, or organization for any reason or for no reason, at any time, at our sole discretion.

We further reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or refuse continued participation in any program, course, or service offering, whether the individual is a current client, participant, or applicant, without prior notice and without obligation to provide a stated cause.

Any individual whose participation is terminated, or who is refused services, agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Restoring Flow Ministries, Dyslexia Rescue™, Reading Rescue, and all officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to such refusal or termination.

All fees paid are non-refundable, including in cases where participation is denied or discontinued, with or without cause.
